File Download

After payment has cleared, a link will be sent to the email address given with the order. This link when activated will download a zip file which contains the requested Karaoke in the form of MP3 and CDG files. The file is only available to download once and the link is only available for ten days. In the event of the link fails for reasons outside the control of us we do not accept any responsibility for the failure or that the file did not download. However we may at our discretion resend the download link.

Money Transfer

We use PayPal payment system, however we will not accept responsibility of any failure or issues between PayPal and our customer.
